Just like there are different kinds of doctors, there are also different kinds of hypnotherapists and different types of hypnosis.

I specialize in Spiritual hypnosis and regression to cause, and I do this - by working with Super Conscious. 

I chose to go this route because our soul is the most intelligent part of us; it is the part of us that never dies- whether you believe that when your body dies, your soul goes to heaven or whether you believe in reincarnation - the majority of people do believe that a part of them lives on after this physical life is over.

This part that lives on is the soul or AKA Higher Self- this is the most intelligent part of our being and has access to information beyond our wildest imagination. 

Spiritual hypnosis is opening up a dialogue with the Higher self and accessing information. Not only are we able to access much more information, but we can also heal old hurts and wounds on a soul level almost instantly while re-establishing a connection with higher guidance so that we have a mind-body-spirit connection. We need this because our soul is our connection to inner strength, security, source of creativity, intuition, and inspiration, and the secret to happiness and fulfillment.  

My six-session Spiritual hypnosis program is called the Illumination program because that is precisely what it does.

Illumination, in the spiritual sense, is “turning on the light” of understanding. Spiritual illumination is the state of transcendental awareness.

Transcendental awareness is a state in which we are aligned with higher consciousness, on the astral and spiritual realm, and where we can not only see the bigger picture but rather experience it, and the experience gives us wisdom and changes everything for our highest good and helps us rise above our current situation, in other words, helps us transcend. 

We leave behind who we used to be as we transcend into who we were meant to be, all by experiencing who and what we really are. Souls having a human experience. 

The program lights up what has been hidden in the shadows so that we can see what needs to be seen while also helping us connect to spirit and the light and lighting up our lives. 

This program lights up your life 😊therefore, it is named the illumination program, and the results are lasting.   

This Illumination Program is a six-session program designed to be done over six weeks – the sessions need to be done in order! 

The program can be used to help with just about anything and everything that you can imagine. It will help in many areas that you might not even know that you need help in. 

Not only does it help you in your specific areas of concern it helps build confidence and self-esteem, release negative emotions like fear, guilt shame, release old karma, integrate fragmented soul parts, increase your intuition, enable you to forgive yourself, and others, helps you know your life purpose, helps re-write limiting beliefs and supports you in seeing and achieving your highest destiny. In the last session, you also experience past life regression and life between lives. 

Not only does the program do all of that, but more importantly, it teaches you the tools to be empowered to work on anything and everything you desire in your life. 

For instance – the program teaches you self-hypnosis and how to connect to and communicate with higher guidance during your self-hypnosis. 

The program offers several tools for self-development and tools to help you increase your intuition. Things like muscle testing and automatic writing during hypnosis – a quick and effective way to get all parts of you working towards your specific goals, etc. 

The program is as if you were working with me in person. Each session begins with a video of me talking with you and preparing you for your session – then you have the session itself – there is another video of me talking to you after the session – there are recordings to help you practice your self-hypnosis and depending on the particular session other videos are included teaching various techniques. 

It's an entire program. 

You are doing exactly what we would be doing together in my office!

Session (1) Builds confidence and self-esteem and programs it so you can quickly go into hypnosis using a key phrase. It teaches muscle testing to help build intuition and is a technique that quiets the mind and eases anxiety while balancing the hemispheres of the brain. 

Session (2) Regresses to the cause of your four most significant issues and releases the charge of negative emotions and reframes everything so that negative patterns are released- builds up the core beliefs and makes connections to higher guidance also removes triggers that are creating unwanted patterns, removes the habit and identity of having the issue, removes any negative energies and does a soul cleansing so that it is very healing on a soul level as well as physical, mental, and emotional. It's like being reset to optimal factory settings, lol 

if you were going to paint an object that had flaking paint - the object would need to be cleaned and resurfaced before repainting for optimal results - that is what this session does- it gives us a new surface as well as so much more!

Session (3) This is an extraordinary session and so life-changing. In this session, we work on the soul plane and begin with the forgiveness work of self and others. On the soul plane, you can "walk into" another soul and understand everything there is to understand about them – why they did the things they did- how they felt- what they were thinking and how everything fit into a bigger plan. We have access to so much wisdom and knowledge from every soul's perspective, and forgiveness of self and others becomes a piece of cake because our question of "why" this or that happened is answered. I have had so many clients who have worked at forgiveness for years unsuccessfully be able to achieve complete forgiveness for themselves and others from this session but feel absolute gratitude for everything and have a whole new lease on life with an understanding of their life purpose. 

Then we regress to before the soul enters the body for this lifetime and learn what the soul's purpose is all about. We discover why we have the parents we have and what lessons we are here to learn during this lifetime and receive information and guidance from higher guidance. 

Session (4) I'm not exactly sure how to explain this one other than it's fantastic, lol! Some might consider it astral travel or an out-of-body experience. I'm not exactly how to describe it. It's kind of like trying to explain how an orgasm feels lol - I will say that it is out of this world. We go to a place where there are helpers who love us unconditionally, answer all our questions, and are happy to help us remove blockages and find solutions to health problems or any other issues we are having. Suppose you do the sessions as strongly suggested, practice the self-hypnosis, do your homework, and work on your ability. This is a place you can come back to any time you choose. In that case, this session is two-fold – it helps remove lower vibrations while receiving guidance while teaching you how to connect on your own. But it will only work if you have done the previous sessions and practiced! 

Session (5) A lower shamanic journey where we retrieve any fragmented soul parts – remove and re-write any limiting beliefs and receive spiritual gifts.

Session (6) Upper shamanic journey where you learn your highest destiny – re-write any soul contracts that need to be re-written and then do a past life regression to remove any karma that is in the way of achieving your highest destiny and experience life between lives. 

There are many reasons why people gain weight.

This Illumination program can help you lose weight by determining the cause and the right solution. If the problem is overeating or emotional eating, the program quickly addresses that. If the problem is hormonal or something else, through the tools and techniques the program teaches, you will be able to find the cause and solution. 

Most weight loss programs don't address one essential aspect of why people gain weight: the underlying emotional cause for overeating. Almost everyone who wants to lose weight- has had success at losing weight in the past but then turned around and regained it- that's because the underlying issue was never dealt with, to begin with. 

My hypnosis program goes to the root problem – the underlying emotional reasons for overeating, self-sabotage, and weight gain.

Hypnosis isn't a diet. It is a long-term solution. With hypnosis, our relationship with food changes, and we become satisfied with healthier choices and smaller portions so that the pounds magically melt away and stay gone for good.

The program will teach you how to tap into your intuition so you can easily find the best foods for you and help you implement new habits in your daily life while using hypnosis to help get to the underlying issue.

There isn't one diet that is right for everybody. While low carb is great for some people, it isn't suitable for everyone. I teach my clients techniques that tap into their intuition to find the best foods and supplements for them - I've had many clients who were eating the wrong foods for their body's needs and simply switching to the right foods, and the pounds melted away.

There can be several physical conditions that cause weight gain as well, such as the gut not being balanced, hormones, fatty liver, underlying food allergies, insulin resistance, etc. The Solex AO scan can come in handy.  

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. Hypnosis can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing through forgiveness of others and oneself while letting go of the emotional charge tied to events.

This Illumination Program is helpful in all relationships, whether letting go of toxic relationships, setting healthy boundaries, healing old wounds, finding quality partners, increasing sexual pleasure, or overcoming erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. Or you are simply releasing negative patterns. 

In our closest relationships, we have specific patterns; when one person changes, it changes the patterns of the entire relationship.

I have worked with many clients who were in a failing marriage, and just working with one individual, the marriage wholly transformed into a happy- healthy relationship. 

On the flip side, I have also had clients who, after going through the Spiritual hypnosis program, decide to leave a toxic relationship because after going through the program, they felt much better about themselves and were in a different place spiritually and emotionally, and were no longer willing to put up with a bunch of stuff they had been putting up with - before the program they never would have had the strength or courage to leave.
