For weight loss I combine coaching with Hypnosis 

Most weight loss programs don’t address one very important aspect of why people gain weight in the first place – the underlying emotional cause for over eating. Almost everyone who wants to lose weight- has had success at losing weight in the past but then turned around and regained it- that's because the underlying issue was never dealt with to begin with. 

My  hypnosis  program goes to the root problem – the underlying emotional reasons for over eating and weight gain.

 At the same time I address and help you modify habitual patterns that are causing the weight gain. This two-prong approach leads to changes in your relationship with food so that you never have to diet again. 

With hypnosis our relationship with food changes and we become satisfied with healthier choices and smaller portions so that the pounds magically melt away and stay gone for good. Hypnosis inst a diet it is a long term solution.

There inst one diet that is right for every body. While low carb is great for some people it isn't right for everyone. I teach my clients techniques that tap into their intuition to find the best foods and supplements for them - I've had many clients who where eating completely the wrong foods for their body's needs and simply switching to the right foods the pounds melted away.

There can be several physical conditions that cause weight gain as well, such as the gut not being balanced, hormones, fatty liver, underlying food allergies etc. Using the techniques I teach you to tap into your intuition we figure out the underlying cause and address it, our body communicates to us and tells us what is going on we just have to know how to listen and access the information.  

 There can be many reasons why people eat when they’re not hungry. Some are habitual, others are to distract from painful emotions, and others are to just relax and have a good time.

 For some people, a good meal or snack is the most enjoyable part of their day. So it's hard for them to give up the one thing that they find pleasure in.

Thankfully all of these issues can be addressed with hypnosis. I have a lot of experience helping people with all types of over eating and motivational issues.
