Pricing

All my services are offered in person at my home office or on zoom.  And I offer free consultations for every service. 

Health Coaching is $350 for the 1st session and $150 for each additional session. The first session will take 2-3 hrs, and additional sessions are 1 hr.  Ideally, sessions are once a week for the 1st month and every 2 wks second month, and every 3-4 wks from there however, every individual is different in their needs - this is just a guideline but the program will be personalized for you, and your needs. 

Life Coaching is $ 350 first session and $150 for each additional session. The first session will take 2-3 hrs each additional session is 1 hr. Ideally, sessions are every 2 wks for the 1st month and once a month thereafter; however, every individual is different so a personalized program will be put together for you and your needs. 

Hypnotherapy is $500 per session - this a 6-session program that also includes health coaching, some life coaching, and me teaching you how to be your own life coach. The sessions are on a weekly basis and are 2-3 hrs.
